Has a degree in food technology from the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences of Lodz University of Technology. Currently, works -as an assistant professor at the Institute of Food Technology and Analysis, TUL. In my research I mainly study the influence of processing of selected plant raw materials on the content of biologically active compounds and search for new solutions in isolation and identification of biologically active compounds with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties.

We often wonder what makes people healthy, what makes them age slower, what makes their skin so radiant? We suppose that factors like genes, climate, diet, or places where we live are responsible. Certainly all of these matter, but according to many studies, diet and its specific ingredients are key.
